Rouven Seifert, Senior Researcher of Marketing and Media, University of Hamburg.

Seifert is a postdoctoral researcher for Marketing and Media at the Institute for Marketing, Hamburg Business School, University of Hamburg, Germany. Rouven holds a doctoral degree in marketing from the University of Hamburg. His substantive research interests include digital businessmodels, media management, new technologies, and customer relationship management.

Marec Lerche, Head of Business Development, Warner Music Central Europe, Hamburg.

Lerche is Head of Business Development at Warner Music Central Europe. He is responsible for the development and implementation of new digital business strategies and opportunities for Warner Music Central Europe.
