emma aims to support the development of early career researchers by offering a PhD workshop on June 5th, the day before #emmaleeuwarden starts. As part of the pre-conference activities a workshop is being held for PhD candidates and very early-career scholars. Scheduled for Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at the conference venue, participation in the workshop is open to those not registered for the main conference.
This workshop serves as a platform for collective learning and reflection on crucial aspects of research and PhD projects. We encourage doctoral students to present their dissertation projects, fostering valuable feedback from both peers and seasoned scholars. The collaborative setting aims to facilitate the exchange of ideas among participants and with experienced colleagues.
Interested doctoral candidates are invited to submit an abstract of their dissertation project (max. 3 pages) by April 13th, 2024, via email to the EUR organizers (horst@eshcc.eur.nl & hitters@eshcc.eur.nl).
